People & Process Excellence Manager (New York)

Through continued expansion, we are looking for individuals to join and grow our New York practice. This is an exciting opportunity for entrepreneurial team members who want to contribute to our growth. You will work as part of our core consulting team working closely with our clients on challenging and rewarding engagements.

What will you be doing?

The opportunity in our New York practice:

  • Specific roles will vary depending on our client requirements but typically require application of a combination of business or market analysis, process design, and systems development techniques.
  • Working with our US team you will have the opportunity to lead a combined team of client and Baringa consultants, being directly accountable for successful delivery projects, and building strong relationships with clients.
  • You will have the desire to develop our dynamic company, grow our business and help to maintain our culture.
  • Undertake professional services roles helping companies address multi-layer, complex client issues in support of their strategic objectives
  • Be aware of the end-to-end value chain of IT applications and business infrastructure, emerging trends, and commercial offerings in support of those trends
  • Identifying and addressing client needs through building, maintaining, and utilizing networks of client relationships
  • Demonstrating an aptitude for leading and conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, including the timely synthesis of complex data into meaningful insights and the ability to grasp readily analytical frameworks and employ them effectively to either qualitative or quantitative evidence
  • Providing thought leadership and creative insights to clients on complex change management initiative

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years in Financial Services (Capital Markets, Banking)
  • 5+ years of professional consulting experience, in roles that demonstrate the ability to deliver solutions in challenging, client-facing environments
  • Strong skills in delivery, including management experience in all stages of the project lifecycle
  • Project Management experience
  • People and Process Excellence (PPE) experience is preferred and could include;
  • Operating model design
  • Business model design
  • Talent and organization design
  • People / Process transformation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven network in your area of expertise with track-record/ability to utilize for Business Development
  • Experience managing project financials including budgeting and invoicing
  • Degree at graduate or undergraduate level
