We are based in London, but have offices in Germany, New York, UAE and Australia, supporting over 600 consultants working around the globe.

Through continued growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our fantastic Recruitment team. This is an exciting and varied role for someone who is looking to continue building their career in Recruitment within a fast-growing and collaborative environment.

The Recruitment team work at the heart of the business you will have a high-level of ownership and autonomy. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the recruitment process for your business units, from sourcing and attraction, through to offer and on-boarding, all whilst working closely with the business and providing an exceptional experience to your candidates.

What will you be doing?
• Lead the recruiting efforts for your Business Units (BU’s), ensuring that the attraction strategies in place are able to deliver against headcount plans, within budget
• Build strong relationships across the consulting business in order to provide the best recruitment advice and guidance to Partners, Interviewers and relevant stakeholders
• Work closely with the business, and your Recruitment Champion, to pro-actively identify the best ways to approach the market i.e. headhunting, referral generation, job advertising
• Provide an exceptional experience to candidates and stakeholders alike - this is something we pride ourselves on - every candidate, regardless of the outcome of the process, should be able to talk positively about their experience with us
• Drive Baringa’s Balance (D&I) agenda across recruitment to ensure we are hitting our ambitions, and continuing to improve the diversity balance as a business

What we’re looking for:

• You will already be operating in, and passionate about, Recruitment
• Solid experience in direct sourcing- we run recruitment with approximately 90% of our hires coming through direct or referral channels
• A pro-active individual – we aren’t a business that sits and waits for things to happen, we aspire to be the best we can be and want to challenge ourselves on the art of the possible
• Understanding of business partnering and working with business colleagues outside of the Recruitment function
• Self-motivation and confidence to operate independently
