Corporate Resource Coordinator


Baringa has an exciting opportunity for a Resource Coordinator to join our fantastic Staffing team where you will be integral to supporting the growth of Baringa.

The Staffing team really are at the heart of the business and support the business with regards to streamlining and coordinating the staffing process alongside taking ownership of any associates that work on our projects on clients site. As such, the role is split between these two areas and will require you to work closely with the different Business Units and build excellent relationships.

What will you be doing?
Staffing: (60%)  

•  Provides focus for staffing coordination
•  Build relationships with BU leadership
•  Responsible for data collation and management
•  Liaises with the staffing lead to understand current situation
 Responsible for organising weekly staffing calls, chairing the calls and follow-up
 Supports the business units in maintaining staffing schedules
 Provides on-going management information and reporting

Associates: (40%)

 Keeps regular contact with Associates, keeping track of their situation, updated CV’s, etc.
 Captures feedback from the business and relays back to the Associates (and vice-versa)
 Screening candidates in line with client requirements
 Responsible for ensuring a ‘best in class’ end-to-end Associate experience
 Arranges interviews, meetings and calls as necessary
 Is responsible for ensuring that Associates have the necessary paperwork in place to be compliant with current legislation and Baringa’s Associate policy
•  Seeks to continuously improve the function and service it provides e.g. communication, assessment, reporting

• Experience either in a recruitment or a staffing/resourcing department
• Preferably experience within a professional services/management consultancy environment
• Knowledgeable about attracting and retaining talent
• Experience of developing or streamlining processes and tools to support Associate management and staffing.
• Able to prioritise and respond efficiently and effectively
• Credibility when speaking to both candidates and Baringa stakeholders
• A creative mind! We are looking for someone to join the team and help shape the on-going recruitment of Associates and coordination of these areas
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Required advanced experience and knowledge of using Microsoft Excel
