Corporate Facilities Coordinator

Our wider Corporate Team provides capabilities and services across HR, Technology, Business Management & Change and Finance – all of which contribute directly to the firm’s ability to deliver strategic and business goals.  The scale and complexity of the business has increased dramatically in recent years, in the light of which we are now making new investments in the leadership and capability of the Corporate team to ensure our ongoing success for the increased growth and expansion to come.

Following this marketing leading growth we are currently looking for an individual to join our Office Management team as a Facilities and Office Coordinator. Working as part of the wider corporate function you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth, day to day running of our London Waterloo office and you will act as the first port of call for all facilities, health and safety and office administration queries across the business.


What will you be doing?

On a day to day basis you will be getting involved in the following:

  • Carrying out regular office facilities and stock checks, following up any issues through to completion directly or via appropriate supplier

  • Building a close relationship with Front of House personnel and provide cover when necessary to ensure the smooth running of the business

  • Assisting in all aspects of Health and Safety for the building, e.g. H&S inspections, organising statutory compliance visits and records, risk assessment actions etc.

  • Proactively participate in any team admin activities including visitor planning, team calendar and task reviews

  • Handle all incoming invoices to be processed ensuring all costs are allocated appropriately

  • To carry out any reasonable task requested of you by a member of the senior management team.

  • Supporting with new initiatives and projects in the areas of H&S, Environmental, Office improvements and refurbishment, introduction of new services and suppliers

  • IOSH or any other similar H&S qualification
