Corporate Recruitment Assistant

Through continued growth, we are looking for someone to join our fantasticRecruitment team. This is an exciting role for someone who is looking to buildon his or her career in Recruitment within a fast-growing and collaborativeenvironment.


The Recruitment team work at the heart of the business, thesuccessful candidate will be providing support to the Recruiters, and widerbusiness from an administrative perspective. We are at a very exciting stage inour journey as a Recruitment team; we’re not only growing as a team, but alsoincreasing our global reach. You will be responsible for providingadministrative support to the Recruiters and our business, from managing andmaintaining our recruitment portal, to supporting candidates on their journeyfrom attraction through to their first day. You will be working closely withthe Recruiters to deliver an exceptional experience to our candidates.

What will you be doing?
The opportunity in the Baringa Recruitment team:
  • Work closely with the Recruiters to ensure the recruitment system is updated accurately, and in line with all relevant regulations
  • Build strong relationships across the Interviewer populations in order to effectively and efficiently schedule in interviews
  • With the support of the Recruiters you will contribute to the delivery of our exceptional candidate experience – maintaining frequent contact with candidates throughout their journey in our recruitment process
  • Work closely with the Recruiters, and our Corporate functions to ensure our candidates on-boarding journey is seamless and efficient – this will include processing all New Joiner documentation, and working closely to handover to our HR team on the New Joiners first day
  • With the support of your peers you will be managing the maintenance of our shared Recruitment mailbox, and escalating the relevant queries where necessary

What we’re looking for:

  • You will already be operating in, and passionate about, Recruitment
  • Previous scheduling experience – or the ability to demonstrate an awareness of coordinating multiple diaries at any given time
  • Collaborative by nature – as a team we are all working towards the same goal. We’re looking for a collaborative individual who wants to contribute to the success of our team
