We are based in London, but have offices in Germany, New York, UAE and Australia, supporting over 600 consultants working around the globe.

Through continued growth, we are looking for individuals to join our Finance, Risk & Compliance practice. This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals who want to contribute to the building out of our Risk Advisory capability. From redesigning risk and treasury departments to rolling out new methodologies and quantitative models, you will work as part of a core team working alongside the client’s own people.

What will you be doing?
The opportunity in our Risk Advisory practice:
• Enabling our clients to make better risk-based decisions through enhanced governance, policy, process,     data, systems and models
• Supporting our clients in responding to regulatory challenges for risk, capital and liquidity management     (e.g. BCBS239, FRTB, CCAR, ICAAP, ILAP, LCR, NSFR)
• Restructuring risk and treasury functions to be more efficient and effective across multiple     businesses/divisions and geographies
• Supporting our clients’ risk functions in adapting to encompass new risk types such as cyber risk, model     risk management and contagion risk
• Revolutionising risk and treasury management practices in response to our clients’ Digital agendas
 
What we’re looking for:
• You will already be operating in a management consultancy environment
• Previous Enterprise Stress Testing experience
• Collaborative by nature – as a team we are all working towards the same goal. We’re looking for a     collaborative individual who wants to truly contribute to the growth of our Risk Advisory practice
• Proven exposure working within - Liquidity Risk Management, Asset & Liability Management (ALM), and     Interest Rate Risk (Banking Book)
• A pro-active individual – we aren’t a business that sits and waits for things to happen, we aspire to be the     best we can be and want to challenge ourselves on the art of the possible
• Experience of quantitative model design / reviews, Risk Op Model/framework review and design
