We are lookingfor an individual to join our team of dedicated IT professionals in London,taking on responsibility for varied IT support functions and maintaining dailyoperations that support the business and to provide support and assistance toall our users.

What will you be doing?
  • Manage, support and resolve IT issues in a timely manner

  • Provide support for a wide range of applications and services. Ensuring any walk up support queries are dealt with quickly and ensure they are escalated to team members if appropriate

  • Act as a point of contact for IT requests via phone, email

  • Provide technical guidance to all levels of staff as appropriate

  • Maintain the office IT environment including projectors, desk phones, printers, other devices and user software and hardware

  • Configure and build end user PC’s/Laptops

  • Active Directory User Management, managing permissions and user attributes in AD

  • Daily support checks, ensuring all office and meeting room equipment is operational and providing support to users when necessary

  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Here are a few of our key requirements:

  • Exposure to supporting a group of users, preferably in a face to face environment, minimum of 1 years’ experience.

  • Operational experience in Windows and Microsoft application environment

  • Experience managing user and equipment lifecycle.

  • All-round understanding of end user infrastructure solutions and general office peripherals

  • The role demands a self-motivated individual who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a team

  • Willingness to assist in all areas of support and to learn new technologies / processes

  • Commitment to delivering top quality customer service in a challenging environment

  • A logical and structured approach towards troubleshooting and problem solving

  • A confident communicator who liaise with all levels within the company

  • A person who will take ownership of issues and follow through to completion

  • A person who is polite and approachable

  • Someone with an eye for detail and for ensuring their work is accurate and correct

  • The role will generally be regular office hours, Monday to Friday, but we need someone flexible and willing to work irregular hours (incl. weekends and bank holidays) when maintenance and diagnosis/repair are required
