Corporate Junior Executive Assistant

We are based in London, but have offices in Germany, New York, UAE and Australia, supporting over 600 consultants working around the globe.

Through continued growth we are looking for a new Junior Executive Assistant to join Baringa, and join our team of Executive Assistants and Office Management professionals. This is an exciting role for someone who is looking to build upon their current experience in a fast paced and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will report into our Executive Assistant Team Leader. You will work with our Executive Assistant team learning the essential skills to be a successful EA, and in time take on your own group of partners. You will work in a supportive environment to provide value and administrative support

What will you be doing?

The opportunity in the Baringa Executive Assistant team:

  • Provide professional and executive administrative support

  • Provide diary management support

  • Support with all travel and logistical arrangements to and from meetings, this will also include assisting the EA team in arranging internal and client meetings

  • Assisting with the organisation of a variety of events (teams/clients).

  • General office support: printing and binding of documents for client meetings; booking meeting rooms.

  • Providing general admin support to the EA Team with Partners’ timesheets and expenses.

  • Supporting the EA Team Leader and EA Team in assisting the business units – including taking minutes at internal meetings.

  • Providing ad hoc support as and when required

What we’re looking for:

  • Some previous office/administration experience

  • Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)    

  • You will have a good eye for detail

  • A team player; we are collaborative by nature
