What will you be doing?

What will you be doing?

As a member of our team you’ll be doing a breadth of interesting work across our industries, delivering exciting projects that require Change Management and Organisational Design skillsets. Our consultants have the opportunity to work with our clients by:

  • Developing and implementing People Change strategies across complex transformation programmes; e.g. working with senior leadership to help define their vision, engaging employees at all levels, capturing the impacts of the change, readying the business for change and supporting them through to embedding the change
  • Implementing bespoke initiatives to help drive a company’s culture that is better aligned to the overall company strategy and objectives
  • Designing new organisation structures to meet market demands and business vision, including overall structure orientation, organisational capability, detailed business structures and individual roles and responsibilities, and typically working with HR, delivery of people transition plans to the new structure
  • Leading and driving technology enabled change projects supporting client businesses to seamlessly receive new technology, realising benefits
  • Leaving behind a lasting change or organisation design capability in the client – at Baringa we believe that we should help the client learn from us so that they can repeat the successes themselves

So what are we looking for?

  • People Change / OD experience in a management consultancy or an internal change function.  Your experience could include a selection of the following:
    • Organisation Design
    • Change Management/People Change
    • Culture Change
    • HR Transformation
    • Technology enabled change
  • The ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
