Corporate Junior Executive Assistant

We are looking for an individual to join our fantastic Executive Assistant team. This is an entry-level role within the team where you will work closely with an Executive Assistant Team Lead. Through their mentoring and leadership, you will be learning and developing a variety of EA skills in a supportive environment committed to help you start your career as an EA. You will provide value and administrative support to the Executive Assistant Team Leader and the broader EA Team.
What will you be doing?
  • Provide diary management support during holiday cover for several partners
  • Provide support with travel and logistical arrangements to and from meetings
  • Assist the EA Team in liaising with clients to arrange internal and external meetings
  • Book meeting rooms & restaurants for internal and external meetings
  • Assist with the organisation of a variety of events
  • General office support: Answering phones, meeting and greeting clients, booking meeting rooms
  • Printing and binding of documents
  • Provide general admin support to the EA Team with Partners timesheets and expenses
  • Supporting the Executive Assistant Team Leader and EA Team in assisting the business units
  • Executing tasks to support partners where required
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in an office environment for at least 1 year is preferred; experience as a team assistant would be advantageous
  • Clear oral and written communication skills
  • Polite telephone manner and a positive, welcoming attitude
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Presentable and personable
  • Enthusiastic, friendly and helpful
  • Flexible attitude to work, ability to multi-task
  • A good listener, fair and open-minded and actively demonstrates collaboration - a team player
  • Strong level of integrity whilst displaying a level of passion, enthusiasm and commitment to your role - prepared to go the extra mile
  • Effective time management skills
  • A university graduate or educated to a degree level is desirable, but not essential
