What will you be doing?
We work across the entire Financial Services industry helping our clients to align the strategic and operational ambitions within the Insurance landscape. Here are some examples of projects we typically get involved in:
  • Analysis of clients market footprint and strategy development
  • Design and implementation of new operating models
  • Operational Excellence, process reengineering and cost reduction programmes
  • Regulatory-based initiatives
  • Large programmes of change mobilisation and implementation
  • Development of thought leadership, white papers and industry blogs

So what are we looking for?
If you have any of the experience below we would love to hear from you.
  • Exposure to the Insurance industry through consulting or business change experience with major Insurance organisations; across Life & Pensions
  • Functional knowledge within one or more of the following areas:
    • Operations
    • Sales and Business Development
    • Policy Servicing
    • Claims
    • Regulatory compliance
  •  Experience of taking a significant role within a work-stream as part of a larger delivery team focused on one or more of the following transformational activities:
    • Target Operating Model definition and delivery
    • Business process re-engineering
    • Organisation transformation
    • Strategy execution
    • Large scale system transformation
  • Evidence of leading smaller project sub-teams is desirable
  • Track record in establishing and managing client relationships through effective stakeholder engagement
  • Experience of contributing to business development through one or more of the following activities:
    • Proposition development and knowledge capital
    • Internal practice development
  • Evidence of industry qualifications is desirable (e.g. CII)
  • Strong academic performance in a degree at graduate or undergraduate level
  • Professional and team management experience, according to level, in roles that demonstrate the ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially those demonstrated through business process analysis or IT systems delivery
  • Knowledge of key drivers of change within your relevant industry segment
