Our Customer & Digital team is hiring highly motivated and talented individuals: new colleagues who can work with us to help our clients improve commercial performance by better meeting customer needs. Our team cover four key disciplines;

We expect all of the team to have a good appreciation of these four areas, but are also looking for individuals who have a passion and more detailed expertise in a particular discipline.
What will you be doing?
What will you be doing?

This will depend upon your area of expertise and interest.  As a Digital Transformation expert you could be helping advise clients on their digital strategy, how they execute effectively on this, or maybe helping them to turn around their current online experience. Our Customer Service and Sales Transformation experts are often called in to help clients define and deliver customer experience programmes, typically alongside helping reduce cost to serve or acquire.  We work with clients to build their Product Owner capability and we also fulfil Chief Product Owner roles to help drive a step change in delivery.  As an expert in Service Design you could be working with clients to help them define new propositions or re imagine their customer journeys.  For each project, you will work with Baringa colleagues, typically teamed with experts in the client’s sector and working in collaboration with the client.

  • Helping a client to build internal Product Owner capability through side by side coaching and operating model design

  • Pre-business case concepting of a new service for a global brand
  • Driving “customer thinking” through a business via a series of senior leadership workshops
  • Working collaboratively with a Telco to create, pilot and launch a new proposition

We recruit individuals at all levels based on merit. Don’t worry about ‘fitting into a quota’ if you’ve got the skills we are after we would love to talk to you.

Our clients expect the quality of thought, the rigour of implementation and the insights of a Management Consultancy.  Prior experience in Management Consulting or from having worked alongside Consultants in industry is key.  Layer onto this your passion and expertise in one or more of the four disciplines we focus on.

As a business with high growth ambitions, experience in business development is a considerable advantage for more senior grades.
