Our Customer & Digital team is hiring highly motivated and talented individuals. New colleagues who can work with us to help our clients improve commercial performance by better meeting customer needs. Delivering original cross-channel customer experience that is rooted in commercial reality, enabled by process, technology and attitudinal change. And by cross-channel, we mean contact centre, branch/store and digital channels. We think digital rightly demands attention due to its ability to drive innovation. But digital isn’t a silo, it can’t be considered in isolation.

From new proposition concept development to customer operations improvement, we provide a broad range of services to help our clients tackle interesting and exciting business challenges. For each project, you will be part of a core Baringa team working in collaboration with the client. Here are some examples of how we typically get involved to improve customer satisfaction, drive revenue and reduce operating costs;
- Re-designing the customer operation for an Energy company. Taking lead roles to make it happen
- Leading the design, build and launch of Intermediary digital services for an Insurer
- Driving customer adoption for digital services
- Leading the delivery of customer digital self-service for a Water company
- Forming a three year vision and roadmap for a Retailer
- Designing the customer experience and operating model for a Building Society contact Centre.
- Pre-business case conception of a new service for a global brand
- Driving “customer thinking” through a business via a series of senior leadership workshops
- Working collaboratively with a Telco to create, pilot and launch a new proposition
- Designing the customer journeys and operating model for a new Bank
- Establishing and leading the digital change programme in a Consumer Goods business
- Developing a Sales effectiveness strategy and delivery plan for an Insurer
- Designing and implementing the Complaints operating model for a Utility

So what are we looking for?

We recruit individuals at all levels based on merit. Don’t worry about ‘fitting into a quota’ if you’ve got the skills we are after we would love to talk to you.

You will have had Management Consulting and/or Industry experience with expertise in some or all of the following;

Developing a deep understanding of the customer. Customer research, customer data analysis and behavioural economics
Clarifying the business vision. Re-imagining the business purpose, new proposition design and development, digital strategy, customer operations improvement across contact centres and digital channels, customer experience design, operating model design, channel migration strategy, customer acquisition and  retention strategy, business case development
Leading the programmes to deliver the vision. Taking the product owner role within client teams. Balancing strategy, commerciality and delivery. With breadth across process, technology, project delivery methodologies and benefits realisation planning/execution
 
Alongside this, you will have excellent communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments.

You may have experience in some of our specialist industries or extensive Customer and/or Digital experience in other sectors. Business development experience is a considerable advantage for more senior grades.
