What will you be doing?

From business and organisation transformation to regulatory change programmes, we work across the entire capital markets sector, working alongside our clients to tackle interesting and exciting business challenges. Here are some examples of projects we typically get involved in:

  • Redesigning front-to-back operating models for leading investment banks, universal banks, asset managers and global custodians

  • Applying process transformation frameworks to assess and execute change across both specific teams and end-to-end processes

  • Shaping conduct risk frameworks and embedding Front Office supervision and culture

  • Implementing process and operational excellence in Equities and Derivatives trading businesses of leading investment banks

  • Assessing client impacts and responses to regulatory change such as Structural Reform, Fundamental Review of the Trading Book and Client Assets for our clients across the industry

  • Supporting complex trading technology programmes for some of the largest investment banks

    So what are we looking for?

    We recruit individuals at all levels based on merit. Don’t worry about ‘fitting into a model’, if you’ve got the skills we are after, we would love to talk to you. Here are a few of our key requirements:

  • Project/Delivery experience in the capital markets sector gained from an established or specialist management consultancy or directly from industry. Your experience could include:

    • Target operating model design and delivery

    • Business process redesign, process and operational excellence

    • Robotics and AI

    • Regulatory initiatives such as MiFID 2, FRTB etc.

    • Monitoring and surveillance

    • Business and organisation transformation

    • Large scale system implementation

    • Asset class specific front-to-back initiatives

  • Good functional knowledge of the Capital Markets industry in one of the below areas:

    • Sales and Trading

    • Middle & Back Office

    • Collateral

    • Treasury

    • Operational Risk, Controls & Compliance

  • Track record of working at global clients on projects with cross-regional stakeholders and opportunities to work in New York and other financial hubs

  • The ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Passion to develop not only your own career but also help coach and grow those around you

  • Strong academic performance with at least a Bachelor’s Degree
