We have a small team of dedicated and talented HR professionals, taking on responsibility for all “people” aspects of the business. This includes the whole employee life cycle, from attracting new joiners, on-boarding, development throughout their career, ensuring they work in a balanced and healthy way, supporting them when needed, enabling efficient and effective processes throughout, every day, for their entire journey at Baringa.
We are now looking for an experienced HR Manager to join us to work with the HR team and the wider business.
This HR Manager would be, at a high level, accountable for three distinct HR areas: HR Operations, Performance Management and Career Development at Baringa. As we continue to grow organically with attrition at less than 10% in any typical year, we need to ensure our HR and people processes are set up to enable the future size and shape of the business to operate effectively and efficiently, using the appropriate tools. Supporting the ever evolving business needs and being a key player in the change management of the firm, is a core part of this role. With a balance of projects and operational HR initiatives, the HR Manager will be responsible for the full employee life cycle as well as the development and growth of other members of the HR team.
