We have a small team of dedicated and talented support individuals, taking on responsibility for systems, services and applications in the delivery of varied IT support functions and maintaining operations that support the business. This ranges from supporting user mobile devices and laptops to servers, networking, telephony and hosted applications.
We are now looking for an individual to join Baringa’s IT support services team, with a particular focus on server administration and infrastructure.
You would be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. You would ensure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational policies and values, maintaining, monitoring and auditing systems to ensure the same.
You will form part of the IT support services team and as such will be required to assist in any support matters that arise regardless of level/complexity of the request/problem. User support and team co-operation is core to this role along with any other system responsibilities.
You may assist in scope and delivery of projects and will work as part of project and delivery teams.
