What will you be doing?

We work across the entire Financial Services industry helping our clients to align the strategic and operational ambitions with the regulatory landscape.

From designing a compliance department to rolling out new business operations, you will work as part of a core team working alongside the client’s own people. Here are some examples of projects we typically get involved in:

 

  • Gaining Advanced CVA model approval for a large investment bank
  • Managing the treasury transformation program for a large investment bank
  • Designing and implementing a new enterprise risk management framework for a global Inter-Dealer Broker
  • Managing the operational risk associated with a strategic divestment program
  • Advising a large investment bank on the strategic implications of the Fundamental Review of the Trading book regulation
  • Creating and implementing control frameworks for Conflicts of Interest, Conduct Risk, or Credit Risk
  • Re-structuring global business operations to be more efficient across multiple regulatory regimes

So what are we looking for?

We recruit individuals at all levels based on merit. Don’t worry about ‘fitting into a quota’; if you’ve got the skills we are after, we would love to talk to you. Here are a few of our key requirements:

  • Project/Delivery experience within a management consultancy or an internal change function in the banking, capital markets or insurance industries. Your experience could include:
    • Design and implementation of ERM frameworks and systems
    • Design and implementation of risk measurement methodologies and models
    • Project or programme management of regulatory change initiatives
    • Target Operating Model design and/or implementation in a Risk or Compliance function
    • Operational efficiency of internal regulatory processes
    • Conducting compliance gap analyses
  • The ability to take ownership and deliver results in challenging, client-facing environments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong academic performance with at least a Bachelor’s Degree
